Don't be fooled this is not a lovely Valentine gift from my beloved husband but a treat from the garage !! I thought as I was going away I would have the car washed to get rid of the salt & have the wiper fixed at the same time so this was my treat, no charge & a box of chocolates !!!! Service with a smile !!
Harry & I have had rather a busy day as he had a doctors appointment about his finger this morning. to cut a long story short we spent the morning in X-Ray & he has to be at the clinic in the morning to have a splint fitted. Well it is all very inconvenient as how is he going to manage to do his B&B ing & generally look after himself while I am away ? Might have a word & see if it will wait !! He damaged the tendons when he slipped on the ice before Christmas so has waited all this time, another three weeks might not make a great deal of difference as it might be too late now !
If I don't have time to post tomorrow this is my last photo for about 3 weeks. I will enjoy the rest although I will of course take pictures, how could I not !!! I am off to New Zealand for three weeks to see family. See you when I get back !
Well that's nice! What a romantic garage! Oh that's a pain about Harry's finger - and I imagine you had some DIY organised for him as well ;0).

@judithg Well it might be quite awkward for him, we shall see what the doctor says tomorrow, luckily it is his left hand but just something we could do without. The first doctor said come back in a month so we feel a bit peeved really.
Harry will do just fine, I'm sure! Sorry to hear about his fall and hopefully now the splint will help. I want to wish you a very safe trip. I will miss my Happy Pat! And I will be looking forward to your photos. :)

A nice photo but poor husband! With a sore hand and you off to NZ how will he cope? Especially on Valentines dayI hope you have a great time and cannot wait for your photos.
Nice treat......Thorntons anything always makes me smile............remembering a lot of years ago when I left a box of chocs Allan had given me in a drawer while I went off to see Gran&Grandpa with David. I said he could have 4 while I was away. And he ate the whole box +4 of the replacement one (another long story) and wondered how I knew it wasn't the same box!!!!
