Busy ploughing all the fields behind us, it will be nice to see them all turned over & tidy instead of maize stumps.
Excellent weather for it , dry & sunny.
Three good things:
1. I have had my feet done at Cathy's...bliss!
2. While I was there I resisted a piece of raspberry torte...would have been a bit different later in the day though!!!
3. My resolution to put the cat out more often is going well....she has taken a great aversion to going outside...not a good thing, toughen up girl!!!!
She perhaps has agoraphobia!!!!!
I think she probably has weatherophobia! Lovely to see a tractor out. Reached the dizzy heights of 6.5C today in between the snow so I may be tempted into the garden soon (mostly cooking tomorrow though..) I wish I had Cathy nearby - corn plasters doing no good at all!
@judithg Ha yes your big birthday celebrations ....perhaps you could arrange to have your feet done on the London Eye...would be a first, & last probably!! he he !!
Lovely comp, Pat! I can "smell" the fresh earth! Still a bit cold here ... wishing you a very Happy Easter. Perhaps the cat just loves your cozy kitchen and your company! :) P.S. I couldn't have resisted that torte. :)
Oh fresh dirt smells so wonderful. Ours is still fairly frozen, but I might still have a go at turning a couple beds. Maybe your cat's senses aren't as keen and she is worried she might not hear or see as well...
Looks like a lovely day for Spring plowing. So good to see warmer weather make an appearance...finally! Wonderful shot. And, as always, I love your three good things.
Lovely shot of agriculture.
There is so much similarity to farming no matter where you go in the world.
I'm anxious to get on with the spring work ... it was snowing today!
