Coming out of the fish & chip shop last night I saw this pretty little flower climbing over the brick work.
I took my camera today & guess what after leaving my memory card behind the other night, I did exactly the same thing today but luckily not far to go back this time.
Three good things:
1.I have written down all the instructions & tips for the new steward of the horticulture Marquee to help her in July. ...five A4 pages!!
2. My replanted plants have perked up no end after a good watering.
3. Loads of faves on my cow picture...I am so grateful for your support & comments, they give me so much pleasure...thank you all.
What a sweet picture! Lovely shade and effect!
Like your good things especially the hand on notes for new steward....
up to my eyes in hand on notes at school.......
@mcmary@busylady@sarah19 Thank you all very much....just looking at it again on here I think it would have been better with a small crop on the right hand side!
Very nice, I'm glad you didn't crop it. You would have ended up with a square image which doesn't always look that great, plus the depth of field makes the sharp flowers look even more impressive.
Stunning colors!!! The blurring gives me a bit of vertigo - but no wait, that's my allergies this spring - ears are all filled up! Your picture is lovely!

Thank you all I have checked the name out on Google & judithg is right with her title of the Ivy Leafed Toadflax. it grows in crevices of paths & walls & can be used in salads having the same rather acidy taste as cress apparently!!
