Cathy took home some old photos we had last week & Jack has put them all on the computer.
I thought I would show you Henry as a baby lamb taken about eleven years ago.
Taken in our front garden.
I thought twice about uploading this photo as I think I look terrible...my hair is too short & I am sitting in my apron...I think I must have been just cooking a breakfast as it's the only time I wear one.
Three good things:
1. Lunch out ( again!)
2. The plumber is here to put a new shower in next door.
3. The decorator has been to measure up ready for coming on Monday.
I think this is a lovely shot - very exciting to have Henry as a baby lamb. What a great home he found! Good 3 things but no 1 specially appeals to me!!!
Oh hello Pat, hello little Henry!!! So great to see him as a baby, thank you Pat! And, he has certainly changed a lot over these 11 years, but it cannot be said about you, Pat! Truely, you have become even more beautiful!
You don't look terrible and you haven't aged at all since - Henry has grown a little more majestic but he's super cute here and oblivious to the fact that he's fallen well and truly on his feet!
Aah ! what a lovely photo of both ot you A super cute lamb well &b truly fell on his feet when he met you No wonder he has grown to be & look the Lord of the manor especially in the photo of him lying in the doorway of his shed !

You are right , it's along time since henry sat on my knee, I think he would squash me now big time!!! He was a dear little lamb though & there is another photo with Tui & henry sitting side by side somewhere...must look it up!! Thank you all for lovely comments !!
Goodness, I really would never have said that was eleven years ago - you really don't look a day older now! Henry was super-cute as a lamb...it's never struck me as the most obviously sheepish name though. How did he come to be a Henry?
Pat it's a gorgeous photo of you - I imagine it sums up who you are - a beautiful person, fairly laid back with a beaming smile and a good heart. Henry looks like a spunk as well xo
I am really touched at the lovely words & kindness on my old photo...the best birthday present you could possibly give me!! Thank you all a hundred times over!!
Henry was an adorable lamb! He looks as if he kept his sweet disposition in the previous photo of him in the doorway.
And, you look very relaxed, and having a good time with him as well.
Nice photo!
I also loved the one of your old house that Cathy had put on FB!
Sorry for the mass reply to all your lovely, lovely comments..I think both Henry & I will get massive big heads with all your compliments...you are truly fantastic....thank you all so much & a great boost to counter another ageing birthday looming!!!!
