I took my B&B lady into Garstang as she was going to a funeral there so took the camera to take a few shots....... used the long lens so I was slightly incognito.
Three good things:
1. We had such a laugh tonight, Cathy came for her tea & Harry was telling her he had been to the tip with some rubbish. He just happened to say ''I'm taking mum to the tip next time'' He actually meant that I would show him the way to the new tip at Fleetwood as I know where it is & he doesn't! We couldn't stop laughing for ages!
2. My wasp catcher is working.
3. My car wouldn't let me put petrol in the fuel tank...good as it is a diesel car!
Lovely shot! Never give up holding hands I say.....if you're comfortable with it anyway!
And I laughed and laughed as I'd had that conversation after taking my dad to the tip on Saturday!!! Good to laugh!
Aww not too old for romance! My godfather in Keswick used to spend ages at the tip while my godmother was shopping because it was the only place to park! @fueast Don't rely on it - I've put petrol in mine - cost me £300 to get it drained plus the cost of the fuel.
What a sweet shot, Pat! Thanks for checking in on my. For whatever reason, summer has a way of getting me off track and out of my routine. And then when it ends I have trouble getting back in the swing. Currently getting ready to travel to Wyoming for my son's wedding. After that I have no excuses. I did take lots of photos this summer but just have not taken the time to process and post. I appreciate the nudge so perhaps later today I'll get going again. Hope you are well.
@barbsmith Good to hear from you Barb...it's so easy to get out of the habit of 365 & to be honest I could easily slack off but would miss all the friends on here so much plus such a good way of keeping a diary. Sometimes I have to look back on here to find out what I was doing!!!
Enjoy the wedding & we might see you on here again when you have more time!
I like GT no 3. btw. I will happen to me one day too.
I put lemonade in my G&T tonight too instead of Tonic....the best of the two evils by a long way!
And I laughed and laughed as I'd had that conversation after taking my dad to the tip on Saturday!!! Good to laugh!
What a sweet shot with the sign above a sweet couple. Well captured!
Enjoy the wedding & we might see you on here again when you have more time!
