Still Waters

The canal basin at Garstang today.
No movement by tree or water .....there was smoke rising from the chimneys but no one stirring.

Alex has gone shopping with her friends to Preston & she is out tonight so doing a bit of ferrying later.

Three good things:
1. My favourite shop has 40% off everything!
2. Managed to use the self service till in Booths without mishap!
3. Lily's Christmas present arrived from China.

Lovely peaceful but cold scene Pat. I'm with you at the checkout overtime I try the self service I run into trouble. Last time it wouldn't read the bar code on the token we have for the newspaper. As you say help is always available.
