The growing trend of the men's barbers becoming as fancy as the ladies is shown on this photo. It's quite fascinating to watch the pampering & increasingly complicated hair cuts that takes place in these expensive establishments.

Slightly cockeyed as I took this photo very quickly as you can imagine & so the angle didn't help! Harry was rather horrified I had even dare get my iPhone camera out!

Three good things:
1. Sitting out weather.
2. A potential disaster of a loo overflowing yesterday was a much better outcome than at first thought!
3. I am about to embark on my first bottle of sample gins & tonic water tonight.
@julzmaioro no you're right although Brian had his cut in rather a posh barbers in Ponsonby Central, he loved it so you never know! I think farmer George & retired farmer Harry are a bit old though!
@brennieb I am scoring the gins! Marks out of ten but only had the first one tonight so no comparison yet. I could have stood there for ages watching but it looked a big nosy!
@jgpittenger Ha ha yes they probably can't afford a car although we did see some very fancy cars all being driven by the young! Oh dear I am sounding very old!
Its a public place so they would think it good for advertising their skills when you took the photo! Home hairdressing for my man.... but I'm not allowed to trim his beard! Have a gin for me!
@maggiemae So many of the 365 men folk are home cut I find...us women can turn our hand to anything though that's one thing I have never done is cut Harrys hair.
That's a lovely photo! Jonathan would love this!! He has grown a beard which I'm not too keen on but gets it trimmed properly and hair cut by his own professional!! Don't think Allan would fit in there either!
