I know, a washing line full of little clothes!
A ridiculous photo for today but I am rather fascinated by people's washing lines.
I was quite taken with our neighbours line full of her little girls clean clothes.
Three good things:
1. I have been able to borrow two car seats for the boys from a friend. Picked them up today.
2. Butterflies!
3. British strawberries are so plentiful at the moment.
Fun colours! Love little peoples' clothes!!! It's perhaps a grandma thing.
Susannah is going to visit David and co quite soon but I mustn't buy more T-shirts!!!
Count down on for your family arrival!
@sarah19 Yes Sallie they arrive a week tomorrow! Exciting! Yes T shirts to buy! I think they are coming with limited clothes as they plan to buy over here,
Ah - lovely little clothes. I've a line full of big stuff - Adam home with an arty friend from uni. I keep tripping over shoes. But not for long :0( - he'll be in London most of the summer. Might be better that way - just home for weekends! You've reminded me one of my all time favourite 366 photos was a washing line - do you remember it - it was taken in Scotland in the wind, B&W?
They must have a big washing machine! Seen the ones here and they are enormous! Not much wind here - the clothes line is not whirling around! Imagine ironing all those dresses!
@judithg Yes I remember Judith, something about washing! Cathy messaged me tonight & says Jack is having a big clear out since he got home from Sheffield yesterday. You go to the bathroom at your peril in the night, stuff on the landing! Has Adam stuff to do,in the holidays in London?
Great to put washing out and dry it outside ...a friend mine tumble dries most her clothes as she cannot stand the smell of damp washing...we bought some fresh strawberries back from Norfolk...
@brennieb I think I would quite like to,tumble dry some things buy always conscious of the cost. I must say you don't see that much washing hanging out these days. If you're out at work it makes sense just to put the drier on.
Well j don't think it's a ridiculous shot at all, it's certainly one that pulled at my memories of hanging out laundry. I don't think anyone had that many dresses though!
All pink clothes too I notice. Our girls were never pink kids. I remember when girls used to wear all sorts of colours. these days they all seem to wear either pink or black. I am glad my girls were never so restricted in choice.

I admit that I just grab a box and only think to look at the details later!
