A long & exciting day today for two small boys who had never been on a train or bus before.
A two hour ten minute train ride took us to the science centre next to the River Clyde.
Loads of things to do & see so well worth the journey.
Two excellent extras were the Imax 3D film about the coral reef in Australia & afterwards a science show with lots of clever experiments.
This was a hit with Finn, air to blow small paper planes in the air.
It rained of course but it didn't spoil our day.
A bit of hassle to start & end the day as the rail station car lark was full so we had to find somewhere else to park & pay on line on the train. I had my tickets on my iPhone & the battery went flat as I walked through the barrier but before the ticket chap had looked at the tickets!
He luckily let us on & lent me a charger to charge up my phone....slightly stressful!!
I need a new battery I suspect!
Well I never thought of that happening - battery running out with on line tickets! Have to make sure this doesn't happen to us! Glad the day was inside on a rainy one!
