It was scarecrow weekend in Garstang although it totally passed us by as we were doing other things.
Popped in to get a few bits & pieces so took a quick shot of these three lovelies outside the library.
Three good things:
1. I only have two books out at the moment so just called into the library to se if any good ones, good job I did as the books at home were out of date & I owed 40p.
2. We’ve had a roofer round this afternoon on behalf of the new buyers, hopefully a good report although he was a pretty surly chap.....wouldn’t win any prizes for charm!
3. New potatoes & bacon & egg for tea.
Ho Ho , the potion must have been potent !! Must have spelled themselves to sleep ! Great find - I love to see these scarecrow events , must be a thing of the north - we don't see them around here !! Yummy , new potatoes , bacon and eggs sounds good !
