Three good things,
1. A day at home to catch up with jobs neglected.
2. Harry has managed to get the front lawn mown after all the rain.
3.I enjoyed a Tunnocks marsh mallow after my lunch.
Alot of fishermen just love this kind of solitude ...a time to think and be away from "it all." Gorgeous pov and beautiful color tones. Love the feel of this one, Pat. I need to start making a list of "three good things!" A great way to remind oneself that the glass is always half full. :)
He has certainly got away from it all!btw you asked about whose books I liked reading I have enjoyed reading Anne Tylers books Helen comprehended her, I did not find the last two quite so good " Dinnner at the homesick restaurant was my favourite.
@snowy I have a feeling I have read some Anne Tyler books Diana but can't remember which & it was along time ago, will check up on my Kindle when I go to bed. She is very well known I think. Thank Diana, always like to hear of a good book. Am reading White Pearl at the moment & just getting into it. It's written by Kate Furnivall.
@snowy Have checked & I think it was The Ametuer Marriage I read but have just bought your favourite on my Kindle so will read it next. I am stocking up a bit for when I go to NZ so if I hear of a good one I will buy it, so easy on the Kindle, in fact too easy!!!!!!
Love your three good things. I keep forgetting to do that.
