Lovely sitting in the garden in the sun........you can see I am being very frugal & eating left over toast with no butter & some ham ....couldn't for shame throw it out! Will only give the B&B lady one slice tomorrow!

Left over toast, Pat! That's positively Scottish! Give it to the birds- I soak it in honey and put it out. Lovely looking salad with the contrasting colours!
@maggiemae that bowl came from NZ maggiemae...a pottery next to the wharf in Raglan.....looks lovely with salad in it doesn't it? I give lots to the birds but perhaps you are right...saving too much, not like me at all!
