290 - It's been raining continuously since yesterday evening, and at the moment shows no sign of stopping. Fortunately, although there are over 200 flood alerts nationwide, there is currently only 1 for York, mainly affecting riverside paths. It will be interesting to see what happens when water from rivers upstream moves this way.

Thank you Pyrrhula, it's nice to do a raindrop shot occasionally, but our forecast looks poor right through Christmas, and I'm not sure a raindrop shot a day would be too good!
Nevertheless, a wonderful pic. to day . Thanks to the rain
Thank you Ruth - thankfully the rain has now stopped but it's still very dull and overcast.
Thank you Judith - it doesn't look too serious at the moment, but there is more rain forecast for Saturday
Thank you Bob, the rain has temporarily stopped, so I managed to get out today for a more inspired shot!
Thank you Debra - sounds like we were both inspired to keep dry!
