the Detroit riverfront is having all kinds of makeovers. this is Otis Redding. there have been several of these portraits put up lining the way to Aretha Franklin Ampitheater (re-named for her posthumously). after going to my son's skating event we passed by these on our way to dinner. it makes a nice leading element to the Rennaisance Center.
