another RAW and LR4 effort. I really need to sit through some tutorials. Not sure where the vignetting at the top of the frame comes from, but it appears in several of today's shots - something to do with my UV filter maybe???
Another one (furious!) son at school the other one at home today. We have still got about 6 inches of snow and the animals' water is freezing up several times a day, and the taps in their field are frozen so I am dragging water up to them twice a day. Bored of snow now.
Quite a lot more snow this evening so the children are clinging on to their hopes that they wont be able to get to school tomorrow. I, on the other hand........
Beautiful! It looks like a many-fingered monster getting ready for a huge snowball fight! Did you add a filter to the image in Lr? The filter may have a pre-set vignette. Check the Develop>Lens Corrections>Lens Vignetting setting.
Lovely shot, great POV.. they look like they are ready to throw!! If you are not using a canon lens you may benefit from using a lens correction profile in LR4??
I don't know how you find any time to pause for photos with all the duties that you have to take care of. I surely have no right to slack off then, eh? LOL
I love the way snow collects in the most surprising forms. These natural little snowballs are such a neat treat to come across. The simple beauty of nature never ceases to amaze me.
I just have to Fav this. :-)
