Well, the wind is less but still pretty intense. I was supposed to go over the coastal range to Eugene leaving at 6 AM this morning. Of course, we had no radio reception from yesterday's storm but when I got to town and got reception on my car radio, I learned that Mapleton- a small town on the river between Florence and Eugene- ordered people to evacuate because of expected flooding. I turned my car around and came back home to call my clients and reschedule them all. What a weather system! My kitty, Luna, thinks it's a great day for a long winter's nap. I love how she lies on her back and looks like an otter
