@fueast it will probably be a few days. The whole town is out of power and we are the end of the list

Oh Jane thats to bad. I can't get over how many times you are with out your power. 100 mph winds unreal. I hope its not to long without the power. Good luck.

Jane ... are you warm and dry? You are so funny that you went to Freddy's to upload your photo - not that the reason is anywhere near funny. All the clinics were closed today but the hospital and emergency room were doing fine. Hospital was on generators for over an hour.

Wow! Stay safe!

We use to lose our power a lot too, so we bought a generator, haven't lost power for more then 20 minutes since! Good luck Jane.

@dawnirwin We were going to buy one after the power outage forb3 days just before Thanksgiving but just hadn't gotten to it yet. Thankfully power is back on at the moment. Sadly apparently one person was killed here today by a tree falling on him, another one paralyzed. I'll be glad when my husband gets home for the night

I feel so bad for you. I hope your troubles are over. Very sad story.

It did well to survive at all wit those speeds - but look at that slope you're on - you must be really fit going up and down that!

@judithg Well, this phot was taken mid day. It did end up collapsing entirely. And yes, we do live on quite an incline. My sweet husband cut a trail from our place up to a local horse trail system up on the ridge behind us that is REALLY steep. Does get my heart rate up and was good preparation for our trip down into the Grand Canyon last spring
