Spring Will Return

I really don't like any of the photos I took today or yesterday. I finally decided to go with this one. Three long days in Eugene and hardly a minute to breathe or photo. I''m glad to be home at last. I really wanted to take a picture of something that was clearly fresh and growing, but it's premature.

It's very pretty indeed - I've taken lots of catkin shots and none have been up to much - this one is spot on - really pretty and the open/closed catkins are a perfect arrangement. Glad you got home safe.
