I went out to the jetty with camera in hand hoping to shoot the pelicans that have been there recently. I found myself in a downpour so I stashed the camera. Later in the day at home I spied this little one. Sometimes I forget that the littlest gifts are as good as the dramatic ones
Lovely compositioon, the lock does make for am unusual perch! Great capture of him. Is he fluffed up trying to get dry, he looks like he may have been wet.
