Took a walk at lunch time around the nearby streets of Portland and found this surprise. Did they run out of fencing? Want their dog to be able to see out? Want to show off their tree? Whatever, I liked it

Oh cool! I was thinking the dog idea but then you mentioned the tree view and that works too. It's a brilliant idea - Monty would love a window in the fence but the neighbour's cats would sit behind it and drive him crazy. Love this it's fascinating!
