This maple tree is the last to turn on our property and I love its grace and the way it marks the choice point in our driveway where you can choose between coming to our house or going up to our cabin. There was a brief intermission between torrential rain and wind yesterday (before we lost power for a few hours) and I went up to photograph it before all the leaves were blown off.
