Fish Eye At Bay Street

This is a shot taken for my mentoring group's fisheye lens challenge. I love what the fisheye did with the clouds but the shape of the bridge is a bit disorienting.
Thanks for your visits, comments, suggestions, favs
What fun, Jane! I really like the clouds, too!

I quite like the curve - you have to go with it with fish eye I think!

I love it and nice to see my favourite bridge featured :)

Very cool! Definitely a little disorienting.

I find it very hard to use the fisheye with scenes like this! I do like the sky a lot, and the curves, but feel the distortion is off -- maybe using LR for a horizontal shift?

This makes me feel drunk Jane! The fisheye effect is so strange. I found it quite difficult to find good subjects using the fisheye when I was not in an urban setting.I think this beautiful scene would look better with your WA lens.

I agree with you and others Jane, the sky is great, but the bridge looks rather odd. I've never used a fisheye, so can't make any useful suggestions, sorry. The curvature is a little too severe to correct by using some kind of straightening technique I think.

Beautiful colours and detail Jane. I think I agree with the others with regard to the effect of the fisheye on this scene but I'm afraid I don't feel in a position to offer any constructive comments!

Love the distortion and reflections, and the way the clouds seem to spring from the centre of the picture, fav.
