@teiko I bet if you started a discussion asking for people interested in starting one. This group was started with Taffy as the leader and morphed into a group of colleagues.

@teiko Jane's exactly right -- that's how this started. We had a thread a few years ago about a mentoring group, and about 5 people started with one person serving as mentors. As we all improved, it shifted from one person mentoring over the years to shared leadership -- taking turns with new ideas. We have each other's email addresses and about each month, someone gets a conversation started about what we should do next. We 'talk' about it online, make a decision, and then that shapes our next few weeks to month. It's all very informal and, quite fun!
