Get Off My Back!

On the way to Coos Bay for our camera club photoshoot, I stopped to check out to see if the osprey were back working on their nest. I didn't see them bringing in any sticks yet but I thought it was pretty fun whe one of them landed on top of the other seeming wanting to take over the best perch. I went back again yesterday and there was major road construction happening, so they may decide to make their nest in a new spot.
Thanks so mcuh for your visits, comments, suggestions, favs. I think this is best on black
...and we all know she's 'been carrying him for years'. fav

Not the same but I had the unique opportunity to see hawks mating for the first time. I had taken a short walk in an office park and one hawk came an perched. From out of nowhere, a male appeared, mounted and flew off. My hope is they will nest nearby where I caught the process of their young learning to fly the nest.

@darylo that would be so wonderful. Good luck. Last year I got to watch the peregrine falcons mating...and it went on and on and on!
