Best on black. High surf warnings often mean a trip South to Coos Bay and Shore Acres for me. We had to go to Eugene to pick up Jim's car and it was almost going to be dark before I could get to Coos Bay so I almost chose to just go home. I'm glad I didn't! The waves were amazing and there was a brief moment when some sun shined through enough to give me a rainbow in the shot. Look and see how teeny the people are up on the cliff right side of photo. I bet they got wet. And we are having quite the storm system.... over 10" so far since October 10th!
