Foggy Dawn At Siltcoos Dock with Rendered Clouds

We haven’t been having rain and overcast skies but it’s been totally clear skies and wind....I don’t find that inspiring either. So I’ve been watching a training video about rendering clouds. So here is my first experiment on a shot I took in 2013.
