Thor's Well

This is the place I was checking out for Milky Way possibility. It is a spot that is a magnet for photographers a sunset. Many walk out on the rocky outcropping and end up losing their gear, or their lives, when a wave knocks them into the ocean. I leave that to younger photographers than myself and shoot from a distance!

One if my favorite spots on the Oregon Coast. Beautiful capture.
—-on another note, I have six granddaughters ranging from 20 to two - the two youngest are adopted and are half-sisters.
Sophie #3 of the six, turns 14 today. I’ve watched her at family events over the year and she keeps borrowing her dad’s Sony to take photos.
I am gifting her my Nikon D90 camera and 18-105 lens for her birthday today. So excited for her!
