@jgpittenger - thank you for your fast response to my request last night. i showed your singing sparrow photo to our church newsletter's editor and he liked it as the final advent cover for our newsletter. however, since the other covers were paintings of birds, he asked if i can paint your photo instead. can i please have your permission to paint it? i will have the credit read as "painted from the photograph of Jane Pittenger". please say yes!
