Looking Up at the Beams in the Fog b and w

For my mentoring group- black and white and light from sources other than the sun. This is the way it was shot. I've also experimented with it flipped. In some ways the flipped version seems more right but then one starts wondering what position I could possibly have been in to take it! Maybe I will post it in my flowers album for contrast.

This is very cool. I think I like it better flipped, though... your back could be against the wall, looking up, to take that shot.

Now that I am taking a better looks at this it almost looks like a spaceship getting ready to land....it has a lot of gravity pull, whereas the flipped version is more uplifting!

I absolutely love this! The strong lines of the light and the way it carves the scene is fantastic. I don't know which way I prefer, actually -- and it's intriguing to see how differently each looks.
