I'm posting this photo again with changes...I got rid of the collage boxes and substituted a branch for the green wire. I'm pondering putting it in a competition but I think the cloning in of the branch may be too sloppy. Opinions?
A branch is a branch - rough and uneven - and that's exactly what this looks like. It's a great job - you're just looking at it with the eye of the creator, knowing what you don't like!! Go for it! Cheers Rob
I thought it was an original Jane, the branch looks perfectly OK to me. As @robz said, you know what you did and we are usually our own harshest critics.
I can only agree with everyone else, it is picture perfect and a winner for sure. I don't know how you managed to get those little claws so perfect. Good luck :)
This is beautifully done, Jane. I don't find the branch too sloppy although scrutinizing it I might be able to see some less than perfection, but that's what nature is. If you do submit it for a competition, would you consider moving your signature to the lower right?
