@gerry13 Thank you, I wanted to blur the background but that photoshop skill is beyond me still. I will conquer that some day.
@cscarr97 Thank you, the shot just was boring in total color, strange but true.
@jo38 There is this site ( http://www.roadsideamerica.com) which is complete and total hoot to use. I've used it to show my sons weird stuff like the world's largest talking cow -its in Wisconsin.
"Whaat" was my first impression but then after reading your description, I understood it as what it was: a piece of art. Fun idea & excellent for the challenge
@sketch2 This is really sits outside a government office of some kind. I did read about it on the site "roadsideamerican.com". Crazy stuff on that site. @domenicododaro Thank you, what else can you use old left over signs? @susale I had fun with color splash since it really was just so so in complete color. @jeffinvt Thanks, art is everywhere or least I think so. @stephanies Thank you, art sneaks up on us any and every where. @megpicatilly Thank you, I am still learning how to use layers in photoshop but will keep trying. @ziggy77 Thank you so much. @deborah63 Art is all around us- I like to think that. @francoise Thanks, I think that the City of Mount Vernon Illinois should put this as a moving piece of art- well on second thought, never mind. @cjphoto I wonder if the various government agencies who signs are there like them being included in this?
