Looks great. I have been thinking about infrared because I see so many amazing images but as yet have no filters.

Beautiful b &w tones

I don't know infrared yet, something new to explore.

@overalvandaan The less expensive way is to get filters but you can also convert a camera to be strictly infrared- change out the sensor. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMP3C3y8o_E) is a good starting point.

@evalieutionspics Thank you, digital infrared is a much bigger challenge than I thought it would be. I am failing more than I'm getting good images thus far.
@mrsc19 Thank you, I really like the surreal look. The long exposure is a challenge, this one was 5 minutes. I guess I should just bring a book to read while I do this?

@octogenarian Thank you so much, I like the way the water turns black.
@stephanies It is fun but frustrating (at least to me) @lizhammond has done some very cool infra red shots.

Love this shot, IR is a faff but so worth the effort when it works out. Well done. Thank you for the mention too :-)

@lizhammond Thank you very much. I am beginning to really appreciate the IR intricacies. If nothing else, the process is reminding me that patience is essential.
