Lesson learned - always give alleys a second or even a third look. I've walked down this one several times but always from the opposite direction. I had never noticed Herr Beethoven before. He is looking out the window of the Flagstaff Symphony Office. Why the symphony has an office in an alley is a mystery to me but this is Flag and we attend concerts in jeans without any hesitation.
