But I do like a bicycle in my pics and it's not often I get one with a heron. They don't usually venture this far down the river but it was catching loads of fish by the boathouses. It flew off under the bridge and I could have had a corking shot if the excitement and dog on lead hadn't got the better of holding the camera steady!

Judith, I so love this, I think herons are so nice and to see one in the street is so unusual, and you have a bike in the shot as well LOL. wonderful, a fave for me
Hahahaha! And we all know who Bill is...amazing!!!! But this is wonderful shot too! The bicycle and the red door (or whatever that is) really complement the shot. Very fun!!
