Monty likes to hide his hoops in the long grass. It makes for a slow walk especially if I'm taking photos and not paying attention to where he's put them. Luckily, as he gets older he's better at finding them himself so I don't have to replace them TOO often these days... Tick and flea treatment after all this long grass!!
I just love this picture & has to be a fav ! Does he think you can't see him how sweet ! I can't just make out what the red bits are , has he got a bit of red hair ?
@parisouailleurs Thanks Helene - I've taken this shot (not surprisingly!) lots of times but usually the focus is on the grass. This was a quick P & S shot and for some lucky reason the focus was on Mr Monty.
@happypat Yes - he's a tri-colour cocker. My spaniel book says that a high percentage of 'heroic dogs' have tan eyebrows and that some cultures (can't remember which ones) prize such dogs for their special sixth sense. I can assure you it's twaddle in our case but they look cute!! He has brown spots on his nose and feet as well.
