Quirky Cambridge

My friend Sarah introduced me to this bit of Cambridge miscellany last year. It stands by Lloyds Bank in the middle of an unattractive one way system. Very sadly His Royal Highness Prince Chula of Siam didn't leave enough money for a tap because it never has water in it in the summer but it's a lovely idea.
