Spring has not sprung

Just revisiting my damson blossom - luckily lots of it has had the sense not to open so the bees may yet have a chance.

Oh even nicer than your last shot..the contrast of that dark & the white flower with the ice ....the damson trees crowning moment because the rest of the time the poor tree is not very beautiful!!! Fave.

The good thing about the snow is the beautiful effects you can get for pictures , this is lovely. thank you for your comment it really looked beautiful at Wimpole hall and now I am going to sit by the fire , that is when I have got the dinner organised & done the ironing......
