... Is now the New Zealand's cup... Got up bright and early this morning to watch our Kiwi sailors in Burmuda in what we hoped would be the final race of the America's cup against the American's of Team Oracle.... And we did it and did it well .. So proud to be a New Zealander at the moment as our team had a very limited budget but their good team work and technicle team did so well to bring the 'Ole Mug' home... first time since 2000...
In the top left shot is my feet in their 'Red Sock'.. Red socks became the symbol of the America's Cup for New Zealander's when Peter Blake said he always wore red sock when ever he raced...

A great collage. How cool that the kiwis have won it back again. The funny thing is I didn't even know it was going on until I saw my facebook newsfeed filling up with excited kiwis! I remember watching the races last time it was on though.
Now you've solved something for me Julz! Lesley sent me a photo of that massive Morrinsville cow & I thought it had red wellies on but they must have been red socks! Mystery solved! Well done on a great achievement!
@happypat Haha ... yep I should imagine that was it ... it's a beauty cow ... have to do a drive by of Morrinsville and check out the new additions of the cows..
