Most people know I have a phobia about spiders, or Arachnids to be scientific, sometimes ending up outside naked trying to get rid of them. (Don't ask).
Well this morning I came out onto my patio to talk to my neighbour and was confronted with this right before my eyes. it was dangling from my washing line and another step forward it would have been in my face.
I took a few paces back, just look how big it was and could have eaten me alive. OK I own up I do exaggerate a bit as it was quite small, but by using a close up with the camera, then turning it upside down against the sky, it could be that MONSTER that I dream about.
Like your presentation of this..... I'm not frightened of spiders, would never kill one, but I don't really like close up photos of them......... despite this being a great shot
Just what you want to see first thing in the morning! Nicely captured and glad to know you didn't walk into the web. If I accidentally touch the one on my front porch you'll hear me at your house!
Gosh this is a fantastic shot - Fav - I'm not that keen on spiders either but you can't help Faving something that is so detailed and good even if it is a spider!!!!
