Nighttime Birdseed Thief. by ladymagpie

Nighttime Birdseed Thief.

A very quick and early posting today as it's a big FA Cup local derby, Gloucester City v Forest Green Rovers. Lots of work to do.

I was just closing my blinds last night and in the semi-darkness I spotted the thief that has been spoiling the bird seed container. I'm sure the birds like seed but not with an extra covering of slime.

Grabbed my camera and ventured out in the darkness to capture modern day's Jesse James at work. What is also annoying was that he had brought his own home with him where he could pop indoors and have a cup of tea or a snooze.

Needless to say he was removed and incarcerated in a bucket around the back - so he didn't SUCK-SEED after all..
Super shot. Fabulous closeup.

I bet you had to run to get your camera so you wouldn't miss him. :) And your statement, "he could pop indoors and have a cup of tea or a snooze," is a classic. He he. Great photo!
