In my primary school days (5 to 11 years), if you were naughty in class you were told to go and sit in the corner, usually with your hands on top of your head. If you had been really naughty you had to face the corner. Fortunately being a goody, goody, I didn't have to do this very often.
So to my delight my Son Ross, has built this in the corner of his garden with a wall on one side and a high fence the other. It reminded me of those school days back in the 50's although this today would be a pleasure to sit in.
I told him my stories and then told him if he misbehaves he would be sent to the SIN BIN which I have decided to call it, he didn't seem to mind. Best viewed with the dark background.
Love this! We had to stand in the corner although it was mostly the boys as they usually got into the most trouble. What is the vie like looking out from the Sin Bin?
Fav - I didn't have to stand in the corner in my primary school days but did have to stand outside the biology lab in the corridor once but I think I was probably 12 or 13 by then! Naughty me
No sitting in the corner for us, We had to stand and toe the line. Which meant finding a join on the floorboards. lining up with it and not moving! However I love this sin bin and would like one in my garden
