Red Squirrel

The American Red Squirrel (Tamiasciurus hudsonicus) is sassy and fiesty. Did you know they make their own kind of Maple Syrup? They will bite a Maple tree until the sap flows out, leave, and then return to drink it after the water in the sap has evaporated.
