The fog was lifting as I stopped to take this shot this morning. It turned out to be the only peaceful moment throughout the entire day.
I started my 365 project aiming to remind myself, for at least a few minutes every day, not to take for granted the beauty that surrounds all of us, wherever we live.
This photo is considered technically and artistically flawed, so it's 'value' is therefore representative, rather than purely aesthetic. However, when times are stressfull, stopping to really 'be in the moment' for even 90 seconds of serenity is priceless!
Beautiful scene - I am amazed you say this is flawed, to me it is really pretty! I think you set pretty high standards....and hence thanks so much for the fav yesterday, it meant heaps:-)
