@carolinedreams I stayed in Nusa Dua, (about 24 kn from Denpassar) and spent three days traveling around the south and central areas on day trips. Sadly, the rest of the time I was working 10 hours a day inside a convention centre. Bali was nothing like I expected - the cities were crazy noisy & busy with motorbikes everywhere, and the country side was incredibly 'rural'..
Thanks for responding Lyn, despite my foul spelling! I've always been interested in Bali. It was always somewhere surfer folk went when I was younger and I have never been. Your photos are gorgeous.
