My Get Pushed challenge for this week was a low key shot. Travelling without a tripod this week, so no time for practice!
It was tricky balancing the lighting so the image is not just a sillouette, or simply underexposed, and still had sufficient highlights for depth and texture. I think I will do some more of these in the future - with a better model!! :)
@paign here is my low key attempt - I think I need some more practice, but it made me really think about the lighting needs for low key, so thanks for the challenge!
I would consider this a great success for your first attempt. It is a great pic. Congrats.. I anticipate the opp to vote on this one for this week's winner.

I've looked through all of your wonderful photos while thinking of a challenge, but noticed that you have a large variety of styles, so I thought it would be hard giving you a challenge. But then I thought of one. I like vintage photographs, and recreating them in today's modern world is an art and also fun to do! You're challenge for this week: Vintage! Come up with vintage styled photography. It can be of anything, just as long as it is vintage! I can't wait to see what you come up with! Good luck and get pushed! :)
