We revisited La Lonja again today ( see http://365project.org/ltodd/365/2016-05-16 ) as it was just across the laneway from the apartment...a 6 shot panorarma that will certainly not do adequate justice to such a stately room @2048 pixels wide!!
Prior to shooting this shot, I entertained a Japanese tour group by lying on my back on the marble under the central chandelier for quite some time getting another shot!
A huge day in Valencia, with lots of 'best-of' shots & great memories...A tricky town to get to know & understand, but it gets under your skin somehow...
@maryswartz@graemestevens@northy Oh thanks guys I really appreciate your thoughts! I was feeling like I had not done it much justice after spending a few hours there trying various HDR and panos & all sorts of different exposures & compositions. I also took a lot of 'stock' background shots that I will use for composites down the track ( crypt, stairs, floor, light fittings etc.. yep the family have given up asking me why I am photographing (& taking sooo ling to shoot a broken window or rusty door hinge!)
Well this is far better than the one I got...oh, wait.. I have never been there so, yea, this is a terrific shot because it shows me something I might never have seen otherwise. Thanks Lyn Don't be so hard on yourself.
@anazad511 Thankyou for your kind comment, and the follow too! It was one of my favorite places of the trip. (& now I still have so many gaps to fill in my project)
