@taffy I was happy with the grass blending in this one too - I finally found some great brushes in grass / hair shape to use ( instead of using a round soft brush, I used a grass shaped 'fur' brush on the mask to create the grass texture which merged the real grass in the foreground with the the soft painted sky).
@ltodd Are the brushes in PS or something you downloaded in addition? Will respond to your email which was awesome later today! Have many questions -- love what you did!
Found my way to this (which I love!) via Taffy's gorgeous animal images, as she had credited you with advice on blending. I'm also experimenting with textures and loving it. Fave
