Everybody should take a deep breath and slow down. I think the world we live in is in such a rush to get to tomorrow that they don't enjoy today. We could learn a lot from the snail and his 0.03 mph maximum speed.

Trivia: snails do not survive going through the dishwasher. This was proven today.
