Wonderful building Damon. Maybe would have leaned over a bit more to take the bridge out of the pic. It is a bit distracting to me. Or, maybe a slight crop, that way no chance of getting wet!
@hown - Sorry about that H. The intention was to provide depth to the shot. I am not sure everyone would agree with you. Certainly my preference is to have the depth there. The problem with this picture is the very strong line of the river bank. It easily overwhelms the straight lines on the church and the illusion is to make the church picture look off the horizontal. As a result I kept the bridge in and gave the picture a slight off-line tilt to compensate. The depth compensates for the river line, the deliberate tilt compensates for what would otherwise be a crooked spire and the bridge creates an upright. Otherwise from this angle the whole thing looks skewed. As an engineering type I think you probably sensed the imbalance and that is more distracting than than the presence of the bridge. Interesting comment however. Thanks for contributing.
@netkonnexion ...Can not argue your explanation. I rather like the rail!
Hope all is well. :) @kloud Isn't it the best part of 365 having someone like Damon EXPLAIN things. That is how we learn. We need more Damon's.
