Thomas Heatherwick designed the couldren for the Olympics this year. He is also my cousins partner. So I popped along to an exhibition his studio has on at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. There were some fantastic design exhibits. Unfortunately no photography allowed inside. However, I did capture these wonderful rotating chairs outside the exhibition. Nearly everyone stopped to play on them. I stopped to photograph them! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/olympics/olympicsvideo/9442558/London-2012-How-the-Olympic-cauldron-was-made.html

@dulciknit - he certainly has. He has an amazing mind. The exhibition is worth a visit if you have time. It is only a small room but there is lots of incredible projects in there.
Fun chairs, but I'm sure I'd be a bit quesy! Enjoyed your article about "Because I want to remember". I think I spent a lot of time on my project focusing on "things" rather than times to remember. Just got back from a great long weekend on the Vineyard where I took lots of photos of friends and great times to remember - can't wait to look at them on my monitor and relive the fun time I had!
I Googled Thomas Heatherwick - he's designed some seriously cool and amazing works hasn't he!
